Today I stopped at the Farmer’s Market on Broadway. It was way too hot to actually spend too much time there today and peruse. I did pick up some delicious red and yellow tomatoes, which I turned into my version of Caprese salad.
On Saturday I made grilled portobello mushroom burgers. I’ve made them a few times and every time I’ve made them, they are wonderful. I don’t follow any specific measurements in this recipe, I just mixed to taste.
